AI Tobacconist is debuting its artificial intelligence-powered platform at the PCA trade show.
The platform analyzes user preferences for strength, body, region, and flavor notes to deliver personalized cigar recommendations for retailers and consumers.
Retailers can integrate the tool to improve customer engagement and purchasing confidence.
