The Bolivar portfolio is shipping Bolivar Cofradia Oscuro, a three-cigar collection that features a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder, and Dominican, Nicaraguan, and Honduran filler.
The collection includes the 5 x 54 Robusto ($5.99), a 6 x 54 Toro ($7.29) and a 6 x 60 Gigante ($7.89). It comes in an old-world style wooden box, with 25 cigars a box.
“Bolivar Cofradia Oscuro brings a new dimension to Bolivar by introducing a U.S.-grown Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper to the portfolio,” Joe Krzyston, assistant brand manager for Bolivar said in a press release. “The blend is rich and rewarding and it’s priced in line with the existing Bolivar offerings, making it among the best values in any humidor. This new line is yet another reason for cigar smokers to explore this legendary brand, and we expect that the blend will be very well received.”
