Emilio Cigars will ship the Limited Edition LJZ this month, and as it was with last year’s edition, it will feature a sun grown Habano wrapper with Nicaraguan Habano binder and filler from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.
Produced in Nicaragua at Fabrica Oveja Negra, the LJZ will come in a 5 x 52 Robusto ($10), a 6 x 50 Toro ($11) and a 6.5 x 42 Lonsdale ($10.50). The Lonsdale vitola version of the LJZ is making its debut this year. The LJZ will ship in 20-count boxes.
The artwork and cigar blend for LJZ were created by James Brown, owner of BLTC and Fabrica Oveja Negra.
“This is a highly anticipated release for Emilio,” Brown said in a press release. “LJZ received many high ratings last year and we are excited to get it back on the market. As with last year, we have combined a natural and a Sun Grown Habano wrapper. This blend has a lot of complexity with a little spice. Baking spice, cedar and cocoa are the prominent flavors in this well balanced, medium bodied cigar.”
