La Aurora will relaunch its Especiales in the U.S. in partnership with the Premium Cigar Association for its Sept. 11 fundraiser.
“This is a very special product for me because it represents our commitment to U.S. retailers and our desire to craft products that not only stay true to our roots in the Dominican Republic but represent the growing and changing palates of U.S. cigar aficionados,” Iturbides Zaldivar, director of sales and marketing at La Aurora, said in a press release.
Fundraiser attendees will be able to try the cigar as part of a pairing during the event.
The relaunch includes four sizes of the Especiales, ranging in price from $13.50 to $15. It ships in October, with 50 cents of each sale going to the PCA.
