The Association of Dominican Cigar Manufacturers has opened registration for its annual Procigar Festival, which takes place Feb. 15-20. It starts in La Romana and moves on to Santiago de Los Caballeros.
The festival features on site educational experiences and tours of the Dominican Republic’s cigar factories led by cigar celebrities. Next year’s event will host guests at the Hotel Santiago, Curio Collection by Hilton, located in the Ágora Santiago Center Mall.
Returning guests can also stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott.
