E.P. Carrillo is now shipping its E.P. Carrillo Short Run 2023, an annual limited edition.
Produced at the Oscar Valladares factory in Honduras, the Short Run 2023 comes in a 5 x 50 Robusto ($10.75), a 6 x 52 Toro ($11.75) and a 6 x 60 Gordo ($12.75).
All come in 24-count boxes, with 625 boxes produced. The Short Run features an Ecuadorian wrapper, Nicaraguan binder and filler from Nicaragua and Honduras.
“I’m thrilled to be working with the cherished Copan tobacco from Honduras after over two decades,” Ernesto Perez-Carrillo said in a press release. “Crafting this blend at Oscar Valladares’ factory with his team is a perfect fusion of tradition and innovation. Our 2023 Short Run is a tribute to the timeless character of this unique tobacco, brought to life with a modern touch.”
