Oliva Serie V Melanio will be available next month in a 5 x 54 Double Robusto, a size created exclusively for Casa de Montecristo’s retail stores and lounges in collaboration with Oliva Cigar Co.
The Oliva Serie V Melanio Casa de Montecristo Exclusive ($11.75) will be offered in 10-count boxes and will be available for purchase starting February 2. It is produced at Tabacalera Oliva de Nicaragua S.A. using ligero fillers from Nicaragua.
Oliva’s Serie V Melanio line, which includes the Maduro, Cigar Snob’s Cigar of the Year in 2022, consisted solely of box-pressed cigars until 2017, when the brand began producing a limited production of the Serie V Melanio in round versions. The limited production cigars are made once a year in limited quantities.
