Black Label Trading Company announces the Benediction, first released in 2013, as an exclusive to the Smoker’s Abbey stores, which are located in Nashville, Austin and Memphis
The updated Benediction comes in a 4.5 x 50 Robusto ($10) and a 6.5 x 42 Lonsdale ($11), sold in 20-count boxes at $200. It comes with a Nicaragua Haban wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler. The Benediction is produced at Fabrica Oveja Negra in Esteli.
The Benediction was shelved in 2019 as the brand developed other products. The new version includes fresh artwork.
“ We’ve established a great relationship with the owners of Smokers Abbey over the years and have appreciated their support of our brands since the beginning,” James Brown, owner and founding partner of Black Label, said in a press release. “I created new artwork to reflect the aesthetics of the shops that combine perfectly with our design style. “
