United Cigars and German-based Arnold Andre announce the Independence Firecracker, a 3 ½ x 50 featuring a Mexican Habano wrapper with ligero filler leaves from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua with a Dominican binder. It retails for $9.
The Firecracker will be packed in 12-count tin boxes with ‘Land of the Free’ and ‘Home of the Brave’ inscribed on the sides. The boxes can be inverted to become an ashtray.
“Our partnership with Arnold Andre began a few years ago, and this profile came together after many hours together in the factory,” Oliver Nivaud of United Cigars said in a press release. “The company has purchased some amazing tobaccos over the years, and we were blessed to work with these aged leaves.”
Arnold Andre produces its cigars in the Dominican Republic. The cigars will ship in June.
