The Association of Dominican Cigar Manufacturers announces a retailer exclusive program that is reserved for retailers attending the Procigar Festival 2026 from Feb. 17 to 20 in Santiago de Los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.
The program allows participants to purchase conference-exclusive cigars, unavailable through any other channel, while promoting relationships with manufacturers in the Dominican Republic.
