The Premium Cigar Association announced the winners of the 2026 Best of the Leaf Award at the PCA trade show awards reception. The program recognizes cigar shops, lounges, and bars in the United States and abroad that demonstrate strong performance in retailing premium cigars and serving their customers.

- International: The Cabinet Club, Kuwait City, Kuwait
Cigar Bar
- Midwest: Tasting Room of Monona, Monona, Wisconsin
- South: Vintage Cigar Lounge, Huntsville, Alabama

The nomination period for the 2027 awards is expected in December.
