The Premium Cigar Association, in collaboration with Keiser University Latin American Campus and the Cámara Nicaragüense de Tabacaleros (CNT), announces  “The Business of Premium Cigars: Strategy, Operations, Branding, and Experiences That Build Legacy.”

The program was introduced in Estelí, Nicaragua, attended by representatives from several cigar brands, and is intended to be a collaboration between academia and the industry.

Some of the modules will be delivered by cigar makers, founders, and industry leaders.

The program targets owners, executives, managers, emerging talent, and entrepreneurs.

The program will take place over Saturdays in June at the Keiser University Latin American Campus in Managua and will total 32 hours of instruction.

“The premium cigar industry stands at the intersection of craftsmanship, agricultural heritage, and global entrepreneurship,” Joshua Habursky, chief executive officer of the Premium Cigar Association, said in a press release. “We are extremely proud to collaborate with Keiser University and the Nicaraguan Tobacco Chamber on this initiative. By bringing together industry expertise and academic rigor, this program helps prepare the next generation of leaders who will shape the future of premium cigars.” The program is accepting applications at https://keiserlanding.keiseruniversity.edu.ni/el-negocio-del-tabaco-premium-2026
