Tobacconist University has added R & D Archetype cigars educational tasting flights to its certified cigar sommelier tobacconist program. The change is effective immediately and applies to new CCST registrations in the U.S. It does not impact the $275 program tuition.
CCST candidates will receive an R & D Archetype 8‑cigar tasting flight as part of the curriculum. The cigars are used in guided exercises focused on sensory awareness, wrapper differences, and comparative evaluation.
The CCST program is aimed at tobacconists, retailers, brand representatives, and committed cigar consumers. All coursework, exams, and diplomas are delivered online, and certified graduates receive a listing on the Tobacconist University website.
