Alec Bradley announces a pairing from Penelope Bourbon, its latest release in the Uncut Series. The single-barrel whiskey and cigar combination will include two Alec Bradley Do Not Disturb robustos and a 750-milliliter bottle of Penelope Bourbon Estate Series Single Barrel.
Do Not Disturb features an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, a Dominican Criollo binder, and Dominican Piloto and Mexican Ligero fillers. The size included in this version of the Uncut Series is a 5 x 50 Robusto.
Single Barrel is aged for 10 years. The mash bill of Single Barrel consists of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley. It is 132.7 proof.
The package goes for $114.99 and is available exclusively through Bourbon Outfitter.
“Family has always been so important to us,” Alec Rubin, brand manager of Strategic Partnerships at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, said in a press release. “My father named this brand after myself and my brother, Bradley. So partnering with a respected bourbon brand that was named after co-founder Michael Paladini’s daughter Penelope was kind of a full circle moment for Alec Bradley.”
