Espinosa Premium Cigars is reintroducing the Warhead 1 and Warhead 6 cigars as part of its Warhead Re-Up series. The 6 ½ x 54 box-pressed Toro Warhead 1, first released in 2013, launched the Warhead concept, featuring a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler.
Warhead 6, released in 2019, is a 5 x 58 semi-pressed Perfecto vitola.
Both are priced at $15.
“Our fans have been asking for this for years,” Erik Espinosa Jr., vice president of Espinosa Cigars, said in a press release. “Warhead 1 started it all, and Warhead 6 is widely considered the best we’ve ever done. Bringing them back in the Re-Up series is our way of honoring the legacy and delivering exactly what our supporters have been asking for.”
Both cigars return in their original formats and blends, now under the Warhead Re-Up banner, a
sub-series created to resurrect Espinosaʼs most in-demand Warhead releases. Each cigar will be packaged in a newly designed, bomb-shaped 10-count packaging, a nod to the lineʼs military-inspired roots.
