El Rey del Mundo is adding to its Shade Grown lineup with a full-time Churchill size. The 7 x 48 Churchill ($6.89) frontmark joins the Robusto and Toro sizes. It will begin shipping to retailers on Feb. 3.
Shade Grown is a Honduran Puro with a Connecticut-Seed wrapper grown in the Talanga Valley (Honduras) under shade. The binder and filler tobacco are also Honduran.
“We’re pleased to expand the Shade Grown line with a classic Churchill size,” Ed Lahmann, senior brand manager for El Rey del Mundo, said in a press release. “Shade Grown delivers a remarkable smoking experience at a compelling price point, and we know fans will love how the blend performs with this new frontmark.”
