Punch announces Rare Corojo is now a regular-production cigar.  Rare Corojo features an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, Connecticut Broadleaf binder and Honduran, Nicaraguan, and Dominican Piloto Cubano filler tobaccos.

In addition, Punch is also launching a new, limited-edition 6 x 60 Rare Corojo ($11.49) size for this year. The box-pressed cigar features the same blend as prior Rare Corojo releases.

Rare Corojo sizes are:

  • 4.5 x 60 Champion (Figurado)  ($8.99)
  • 5.5 x 54 En Crystale ($11.39)
  • 5.9 x 60 El Doble ($11.39)
  • 5.25 x 54 Magnum ($10.39)
  • 6.125 x 50 Pita ($9.29)
  • 4.5 x 60 Rothschild ($8.29)
  • 5 x 52 Gusto (Tube) ($9.89)
  • 5.25 x 45 Elite ($6.49)
  • 5 x 40 Rapido ($5.19)

“For years, Punch fans have clamored for more Rare Corojo, and we’re excited to deliver it to them as a regular-production line,” Scott Abney, Punch’s brand manager, said in a press release. “The classic blend will be available across nine front marks in addition to the limited-edition Box Pressed El Gordo for 2025.”

The Box Pressed El Gordo will begin shipping this month in 20-count boxes, although some Rare Corojo sizes contain 25 cigars per box, and the Rothschild frontmark includes 50 cigars per box.
