Landmark Hospitality has revived New York’s Stork Club, with a membership package that offers access across Landmark Hospitality’s four Stork Club premium cigar lounges. Privileges include private lockers, pairing events, cigar releases, monthly cigar allocations, and its very own cigar crafted by Kingmakers—the Stork Club No. 53—which will anchor the humidors at each Stork Club cigar lounge.
Paying tribute to the original Stork Club’s location on Manhattan’s 53rd Street, the 6 x 52 Stork Club No. 53 features a Mexican San Andres Maduro wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos.
“The Stork Club holds a unique place in American history,” Frank Cretella, CEO of Landmark Hospitality, said in a press release. “Its revival allows us to pair extraordinary programming and cigars within the sophisticated atmosphere our guests expect.”
The Stork Club Cigar Club opens Jan. 9 with an event at the new Stork Club Cigar and Whiskey Lounge in the Albion Summit Hotel in Summit, N.J.
