The Cigar Smoking World Championship grand final marks its 15th anniversary in Dubrovnik, Croatia. For the first time, the event will be held outside its home city of Split.
This year’s grand final follows the most extensive qualifying season in championship history, spanning over 40 countries. The event will bring together national champions, the top 20 list competitors, wild card recipients, and cigar enthusiasts from more than 50 nations.
Festivities will take place from August 30 to September 1, at the Rixos Hotel.
The celebration includes gala dinners, workshops, island excursions, and champagne lunches. These events will culminate in the final event with a new world champion of cigar smoking crowned.
Among the competitors are Hauke Walter, Oleg Pedan, Igor Kovacic, Klaudia Ide, Drew Emch, and Anastasia Arsenova.
The event’s global partners include Rocky Patel Cigars, Boveda, Elie Bleu Accessories, Les Fines Lames, and Chivas whiskeys.
