E.P. Carrillo is shipping the Pledge of Allegiance Salomon cigar to its collection. The release features 248 boxes, allocated to select retailers. Similar to the toro Pledge of Allegiance 2024, the 6 ¾ x 64 Salomon ($35) features a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, an Ecuadorian Connecticut binder, and a combination of U.S, Nicaraguan, and Dominican Republic filler.Â
The cigar is housed in numbered boxes with an American flag motif, signifying the 248 element that refers to America’s 248 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776.
The band design is reminiscent of those on La Historia, Encore, Pledge, and Allegiance but with a change in coloration to emphasize the American color theme.
Each box is also signed by Ernesto Perez-Carrillo.
“We are incredibly proud to present the Pledge of Allegiance Salomon,” Lissette Perez-Carrillo said in a press release. “This cigar not only embodies our commitment to quality and tradition but also honors the rich history and spirit of America.”
There will be a YouTube livestream event on June 24th at 6:30 p.m. EST where three boxes of the toro and one box of the Salomon will be raffled.
