Powstanie Cigars announces the Corona Gorda in a new vitola, the 5.5 x 46 Justice ($13.50). The Justice measures feature an Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper over a Pennsylvania broadleaf binder and Nicaraguan fillers. The cigar is produced at the Fábrica de Tabacos Nica Sueño S.A. factory in Nicaragua.
The cigars will be released first at Boll Weevil Cigars in Enterprise, Alabama on April 6 and shipped nationwide.
The cigar is a tribute to the middle child of Mike Szczepankiewicz, the co-owner and master blender of Powstanie Cigars.
“When working with a factory, I highly recommend you work with a factory that actually keeps records of your blends from close to a decade ago and can recreate that blend to a tee.” Szczepankiewicz said in a press release.
