Crowned Heads‘s fifth limited edition extension to the Mil Días brand ships in April.
The Mil Días Marranitos E648 LE 2023 ($12.50) features the original Mil Días binder and filler tobaccos, and is finished with an Ecuadorian Sumatra cover leaf.
“Marranitos E648 is a nod to the man behind Mil Días, Eradio Pichardo,” Crowned Heads co- founder, Jon Huber said in a press release. “I had another Marranitos release on the docket for 2023, and I asked Eradio what his favorite vitola was, which turned out to be a classic 6 1/8 x 48. Unfortunately, the second half of last year saw a lot of misconceptions and confusion surrounding the Mil Días brand, and as a result, we intentionally took our foot off the gas on expanding the line. The Mil Días Marranitos E648 is our way of saying that Mil Días is not changing…”
Mil Días is a four vitola cigar brand that launched in September 2020.
Production of Mil Días Marranitos E648 will be limited to 2,500 12-count boxes. It is manufactured at TacaNicsa in Esteli, Nicaragua, under the supervision of Eradio Pichardo.
