Fratello Cigars is extending its state series line with the Texan Toro, a 6 x 50 that is part of the company’s Fresh Packs beginning April 1. The Texas Toro ($10.50) comes in 20-count boxes and features an Ecuadorian HVA wrapper, Ecuador Sumatra binder and Dominican, Andullo, Nicaragua and Pennsylvania filler.
