Luciano Cigars Announces Foreign Affairs

Pichardo

Luciano Cigars announces Foreign Affairs, a new cigar line offered in four sizes and packaged in 24-count boxes. The line debuts this week at the TPE in Las Vegas.

The sizes include the 5 ⅝ x 42 Corona ($9.50), the 4.5 x 48 Rothschild ($10.35), the 6.5 x 52 Toro Extra ($11.80) and the 6 x 54 Belicoso ($12.50). It comes with a Sumatra Ecuadorian wrapper, Nicaraguan and Ecuadorian binder and filler from Nicaragua, Costa Rica & Dominican Republic. The line’s name is an ode to the globalization of the cigar industry and its smokers.

Foreign Affair is made at the Luciano Cigars Factory in Esteli, Nicaragua. “There is something extraordinarily magical that occurs in the shared space of smoke, cigars, and people,” Luciano Meirelles, CEO and  co-founder of Luciano Cigars, said in a press release. “It’s as if barriers are bridged, and guards lowered. The experience goes beyond language, culture, gender, or any sense of otherness.”
