Foundation Cigar Company has teamed up with Famous Smoke Shop for the El Güegüense Toro Box Press cigar.
The 6 x 52 soft-pressed cigar ($16) features a Nicaraguan Corojo 99 wrapper from Jalapa, with a San Andrès binder, and Nicaraguan long-fillers from Esteli and Jalapa.
El Güegüense is Foundation Cigar Company’s first blend which launched in 2015. Translated as “The Wise Man,” it celebrates the cultural history of Nicaragua.
“We were pleased to work with such a respected tobacconist as Famous Smoke Shop to craft this beautiful Box Press Toro. It is a special complement to our El Güegüense line” master blender Nicholas Melillo said in a press release.
Limited to 500 boxes, the El Güegüense is available exclusively from Famous Smoke Shop and can be found at www.famous-smoke.com.
