Altadis U.S.A. will ship its Romeo y Julieta Envy next month, available in a single-size 6 x 55 Amulet ($17.50). Made by the Plasencia family, the Envy comes in an 11-count box and features wrapper, binder and filler from Nicaragua.
The Envy comes suitably enough in a bright green box with an ode to fated love that reads in part, “Love has its shadows. It can inspire envy.”
“This blend was in the making for quite some time because we knew the aging process would bring out amazing notes from these Nicaraguan tobaccos,” Rafael Nodal, head of product capability, said in a press release. “Once perfectly aged, the rest was a matter of finding the ideal size to capture and display them to the fullest.”
