Vintage Cigar Distributors of New England has hired James Shaffer to lead sales for the organization. Shaffer comes to Vintage Cigar Distributors with 20 years of premium cigar retail and wholesale experience, spending time as national sales director for Nat Sherman International. Part of his work will include growing the national distribution of Vintage’s flagship 7-20-4 brand.
“I am looking forward to getting to work and building the next levels of distribution on such a sturdy foundation,” Shaffer said in a press release. “7-20-4 is a great brand, a tremendous story, and terrific cigars.”
Shaffer will join Kurt Kendall, owner of Vintage Cigar Distributors and the 7-20-4 brand, at the Premium Cigar Association trade show this weekend.
