The second size in the Micallef A line is a 6 x 60 Gordo, joining the lineup on the first anniversary of the Micallef A Churchill. Both cigars feature a Nicaraguan Maduro wrapper over a Sumatra binder and Nicaraguan and Dominican fillers. The cigar will retail for $9.50 and begins shipping August 23.
“Our ambassadors and brick-and-mortar partners over the last two years have been very vocal [that] they wanted more Gordo options from Micallef Cigars,” Dan Thompson, president of Micallef Cigars, said in a statement. ” We’re excited to release the Micallef A as a Gordo based on their feedback.”
