Altadis U.S.A. announces a new Rare Collection release from Aging Room, a collaboration from two industry giants – Rafael Nodal and AJ Fernandez.
The Aging Room by Rafael Nodal Rare Collection comes with a Nicaraguan wrapper, binder and filler with a pig-tail cap. The medium-strength cigar comes in a 4.5 x 52 Festivo ($15), a 5.5 x 55 Scherzo ($15.50) and a 6 x 60 Vicase ($15.95). It will be shipped in 10-count boxes.
“This is not just an updated cigar; this is the first in what will be several Rare Collection projects,” Nodal, head of product capability for Tabacalera USA, said in a statement. ”The Rare Collection series is intended to offer small runs based on the availability of rare and well-aged tobaccos.”
The cigar will be released August 28.
