Diesel is part of the list of this year’s TAA exclusives with the Disciple, a blend that includes a Mexican San Andrean wrapper, an Ecuadoran Sumatra binder and Nicaraguan Habano filler.
Diesel Disciple comes in a 7 x 38 Lancero and retails for $8.99 per cigar or $89.90 per 10-count box. It will be available in July and will be sold through The Forged Cigar Company.
The Disciple is blended by AJ Fernandez, handcrafted at Tabacalera AJ Fernandez in EstelÃ, Nicaragua and developed in collaboration between AJ and General Cigar’s Justin Andrews.
“Diesel Disciple is the first Lancero that AJ and I worked on together and it also marks the first exclusive offering for Diesel,” Andrews said in a press release. The partnership began as an internet/catalog brand, which has turned into a retail partnership.
J.C. Newman Cigar Co., Joya de Nicaragua, Gurkha and Rocky Patel are among the brands that are part of the 2021 TAA exclusive list.Â
