La Flor Dominicana and Hacking Gourmet will launch the “Gourmet Smoke Sessions,” a monthly video series that pairs a select cigar with a cooking session that will be hosted online.
Miami meat merchants Meat N’ Bone will develop meals which will be prepared with instruction during each video session, which will be broadcast with select retailers. The necessary ingredients for the featured meals can be purchased through Meat N’ Bone so that guests can cook along if they choose.
At each session, an LFD cigar will be featured, selected specifically for the menu. Cigar packages, including that session’s feature cigar, will be offered during each episode.
Each session also includes an exclusive cigar will be featured during the session. The cigar selections reflect each session’s themed food preparation. Litto Gomez, who heads La Flor Dominicana, will be a featured guest along with his son Antonio during the sessions and provide insight into the art of cigar making and discuss the premium cigar culture.
After each session has concluded, the following month’s session will be revealed along with the session menu and participation details. After the inaugural session, all broadcasts will be streamed through Hacking Gourmet.
The series debut is October 29 at 7 pm Eastern, hosted by Two Guys Smoke Shop of Salem, New Hampshire and broadcast through The Cigar Authority. See details here.
