CAO Rolls the Bones
CAO delivers its new collection, Bones, as a tribute to the party, and not just any party – it’s the one that starts when a fine smoke is lit. Its name comes from a celebration of dominoes and dice, both of which play well with a cigar.
“Bones is about kicking back with your friends with a cold beer in your hand, playing a game, smoking, grilling, talking a little trash, and having the time of your life, CAO’s blender/brand ambassador Rick Rodriguez said in a statement.
Bones features a four-year-old Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over a Connecticut Shade binder. Inside is a blend of Honduran, Nicaraguan and Domincan tobaccos. The goal is a medium-to-full bodied smoke.
Bones is a full-time addition to the brand and is handcrafted in Nicaragua at STG Estelí. Bones come in four sizes, each named after a domino game; The Chicken Foot, (5 x 54), the Blind Hughie, (6 x 54), the Matador, (7.25 x 54) and the Maltese Cross (6 x 60).
It comes in boxes of 20 – complete with felt-covered lid and a couple of dice. Prices range from $7.49 to $8.99.
Bones ships to retailers August 4th.
