Guests of the Chef Showdown, part of Hess Select South Beach Seafood Festival, celebrated the start of the stone crab season on a pavilion right on South Beach with celebrity chef Ralph Pagano. In its second year, 11 chefs, including Peter Vauthy of Red Steakhouse and Top Chef alum Fabio Viviani, battled it out for the top prize. Guests enjoyed samplings from restaurants like Florida Cookery and Oceanaire, a show-stopping raw bar, drinks by Bacardi, and cigars by Miami Cigar Company.
