Presented by The Guayabera Lady Foundation (guayaberaladyfoundation.org), this night of excellent cigars and beautiful guayaberas raised funds to support the Cigar Family Charitable Foundation (cf-cf.org), helping the poor communities of the Dominican Republic. Hosted by the “World Renowned Guayabera Lady,” Berta R. Bravo, guests were transported to a 50s-era Havana night full of Cuban flavor. The evening included Bacardi cocktails, live music by Jenny Love, and (most importantly) cigars from Arturo Fuente and J.C. Newman. Black and red were the colors for the evening to honor the late Carlos O. Suarez, and a balloon release ceremony was held at midnight in his memory.
