Casa de Montecristo brought back the Tampa Cigar Bash at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, offering attendees a full day of cigars, cocktails, music and rubbing elbows with industry leaders. The ticket included a loaded goodie bag, access to “Meet the Makers” stations, drinks, a buffet and killer live band.
Notable activations included cabanas sponsored by cigar industry charities; Cigar Family (J.C. Newman and Arturo Fuente’s joint charitable organization), Oliva Helping Hands (Oliva Cigar’s charity) and Souls From the Earth (Plasencia Cigar’s charity). Proceeds were donated to each brand’s foundation. There was also a Rocky Patel–sponsored “mermaid” stationed poolside for photo ops and fun throughout the event.
