The Villa Park suburb of Chicago was the stage for a milestone celebration—Montecristo’s 90th Anniversary and the 30th Anniversary of 8 to 8 Cigars,
now Casa de Montecristo.

The afternoon brought great food, a DJ, special offers, and even a touch of casino action to match the Montecristo 90’s 1930s Havana vibe. We caught up with Mike Kahlil of Casa de Montecristo/8 to 8 Cigars along with Altadis’ Rafael Nodal and Oliver Hyams, for their take on the moment.

The highlight: the official debut of the Montecristo 90th Anniversary cigar, blended by Rafael Nodal in collaboration with the Plasencia family. Available first at Casa de Montecristo in Villa Park on August 30 before a nationwide release on September 15, it is a truly special blend marking this milestone for the iconic brand.
