MBombay Cigars announces the Kesara Pyramid ($29.95) and the MQBA Mayura Pyramid ($39.95). The pyramids are a fresh addition, as previous MBombay blends have been released in toro and robusto.ย
The Kesara Pyramid features an Ecuador Connecticut wrapper over an Ecuador H.2000 binder, with filler from the Dominican Republic and Peru Mejorado.
The MQBA Mayura uses an Ecuador Habano HVA wrapper in a colorado claro shade, over an Ecuador binder, with filler from Paraguay, Peru and Nicaragua.
Both are 6 x 54.
“We had one roller who could make this shape and one lot of tobacco to make it from,” Mel S., founder of MBombay Cigars, said in a press release. “When the lot was gone, so was the run. Then we waited until the cigars were ready, not until the calendar said it was time.”
