Author Aaron Sigmond and designer Liliana Guia, the team behind Cigars: A Biography, have announced a follow-up book, Cigars: A Culture, a visual exploration of the rituals, arts, events and customs associated with cigars.
Sigmond has written more than 20 books and is known for his work in luxury-lifestyle and cigar journalism. The new book will be published by Mad/Dash Press and presented by the Premium Cigar Association. Preorders open this summer, with release anticipated in October.
“A Biography took readers on a journey — chronicling the cigar across time, soil and sea,” Sigmond said in a press release. “This new work explores cigars through the lens of arts, culture, media, events, accessories and epicurean pursuits.”
Cigars: A Culture will be sold in the U.S. and the Caribbean with four randomly assigned cover variants; interior content is identical across all copies.
