The Cigarette Store will move its annual Smoker Friendly Conference and Tobacco Festival and the Rocky Mountain Cigar Festival this year to Cheyenne, Wyoming, at the Little America Hotel & Resort. The events will be held in succession, beginning with the Smoker Friendly conference taking place from July 30-31, followed by the Rocky Mountain Cigar Festival on Aug. 1.
Organizers cite Wyoming’s business-friendly and tobacco-friendly environment as central to the decision to relocate, while allowing the events to remain within the Rocky Mountain region.
“ We’ve had stores in the Cowboy State for decades, and we are extremely appreciative of how welcoming everyone in Cheyenne has been in this big decision,” CEO Terry Gallagher Jr. said in a press release. More event information is available at smokerfriendly.com and rmcigarfestival.com.
