Ferio Tego announces the fourth annual release of its flagship Elegancia and Generoso cigars, arriving in stores this month. Since their 2021 debut, Elegancia and Generoso have become the cornerstones of the Ferio Tego portfolio.
Both blends come in a 6 x 50 toro, and are packaged in custom travel humidors of ten cigars ($240). The humidors, produced by Cigar Box Factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, come preloaded with humidity control packs.
As with previous years, the Ferio Tego Elegancia features a shade-grown wrapper from Ecuador, a Dominican binder, and filler tobaccos from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. The Ferio Tego Generoso uses a Honduran-grown wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder, and fillers from Nicaragua.
“Each year, we approach these blends with the same commitment to style and structure, but also with the freedom to let the tobaccos speak for themselves,” Michael Herklots, co-owner and blender of Ferio Tego, said in a press release. “Much like wine, no two vintages are identical. Our goal is to capture the best possible expression of Elegancia and Generoso in each annual production.”
