El Rey del Mundo will release Shade Grown in July, a new line with two full-time sizes and one limited edition vitola. The 5.5 x 50 El Rey del Mundo Shade Grown Robusto ($5.99) and the 6 x 52 El Rey del Mundo Shade Grown Toro ($6.29) will be regular offerings while the 6.5 x 44 El Rey del Mundo Shade Grown Lonsdale ($5.89) will be the limited edition.
Produced at HATSA in Honduras, El Rey del Mundo Shade Grown is a Honduran puro featuring a Honduran-grown Connecticut Shade wrapper, a first for the brand.
โWith Shade Grown we are expanding the brandโs range with an everyday smoke that delivers on its promise of complexity,” Cory Beardsley, assistant brand manager for El Rey del Mundo said in a press release.
The cigars come in 20-count wooden boxes and will be distributed by Forged Cigar Company and will ship on July 1.
