Drew Estate has added the Nica Rustica Adobe, the second expression in the brand’s value-priced Nica Rustica line.
The Nica Rustica brand is Drew Estateโs homage and tribute to Estelรญ, Nicaragua, home to La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate. The Nica Rustica Adobe will be available in a 6 x 52 Toro ($5.76/$143.93), a 5 x 54 Robusto ($5.20/$129.93) and a 6 x 60 Gordo ($6.48/$161.93). It will have many of the same characteristics as the Connecticut Broadleaf expression, but the medium-to-full bodied Adobe is the spicier version, using a Habano wrapper, Brazilian binder and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos from Estelรญ and Jalapa.
Nica Rustica Adobe will be available in 25-count boxes that feature original artwork by Subculture Studiosโ Richard โDogโ Diaz that incorporates El Brujito,the city’s official symbol, a petroglyph of a native shaman carved 6,000 years ago onto a rock on a mountain near Estelรญ.

Nica Rustica Adobe will be featured this week during a two-day Drew Estate event at The Humidour Cigar Shoppe in Cockeysville, Maryland. Drew hosts a May 19 virtual event from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m Eastern. On May 20, La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate factory spokesman Pedro Gomez, will host an in-person event at The Humidour Cigar Shoppe from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. with deals on all Drew Estate products available throughout the day.
