A.J. Fernandez New World was one of our favorite releases of 2014, packing great flavor and construction into an ultra-reasonably priced package. A.J. and his father Ismael are set to release their follow-up blend, Enclave, at the IPCPR trade show next week in New Orleans.
According a press release issued by A.J. Fernandez Cigars, the new release features an Habano Rosado wrapper from Ecuador, Cameroon binder, and two filler tobaccos from the company’s own farms. The release describes the smoke as having “notes of pepper, spice, cedar and cinnamon.”
“There is no doubt that there is a special bond shared among those passionate about cigars,” said A.J. in the release. “I experience it daily as I have the luxury of sharing my labor of love with my father, Ismael. We invite you to join our ‘Enclave’ with this special cigar that we have patiently crafted to perfection.”

With a retail price of $6, this promises to also be a great value cigar. They’ll be packaged in 20-count boxes and available in four vitolas: Robusto (5 x 52), Toro (6 x 52), Churchill (7 x 52), and Figurado (6 1/2 x 52).
